There is a $50 fee due at the time of scheduling to cover No Call/No Show events. Appointments will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Initial in-person appointments for medical cannabis certification are $250. The scheduling fee will be applied to this appointment cost. The remaining $200 is due at the time of service.
