There is a $50 fee due at the time of scheduling to cover No Call/No Show events.  Appointments will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Initial in-person appointments for medical cannabis certification are $250. The scheduling fee will be applied to this appointment cost. The remaining $200 is due at the time of service.

*Fully refunded if no qualifying condition is met.

Telemedicine recertification appointments are $150. The scheduling fee will be applied to this appointment cost.  The remaining $100 is due at the time of service.

Certifications for Designated Caregivers are an additional $50.
