Who is Eligible for a Medical Cannabis Card in Kentucky?
To qualify for the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program, you must be a Kentucky resident with no disqualifying felony offenses, and be diagnosed with at least one of the following state-approved conditions:
- Cancer
- Chronic or severe pain
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
- Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

Once your certification is submitted by our office, simply log in to the Kentucky Patient & Caregiver portal to complete your registration. You will then receive your official Kentucky medical cannabis card and be ready to visit your local KY dispensaries.
