Recertification appointments are required by the State of Kentucky and may be done via telemedicine. These must occur at a minimum annually, but the frequency is ultimately decided by the certifying provider on a case by case basis.
We do not accept any insurance. We offer an affordable flat fee per appointment, no surprise billing! Appointments must be paid for in full at time of service via one of our payment options.

While medical cannabis dispensaries are not yet open in Kentucky, they are expected to begin opening across the state in the coming months. The Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis has already issued dispensary licenses, including one for a location right here in Owensboro!

Understanding Governor Beshear's Executive Order
Until dispensaries open, an Executive Order signed by Governor Andy Beshear on November 15, 2022 provides a conditional pardon for the possession of medical cannabis. This means you may not be charged with a crime if you meet all of the following requirements:
