Born in Madisonville, Dr. Jason Bredenkamp has been an emergency medicine physician for over 25 years. He has witnessed the devastating effects of opiate and benzodiazepine addiction. In addition, he has seen the benefits of cannabinoids. Because of this, he is determined to help those in need.

Who is Eligible for a Medical Cannabis Card in the State of Kentucky?
Dr. Bredenkamp certifies patients with qualifying medical conditions for Kentucky's Medical Cannabis Program. Patients must be certified before they can secure a medical cannabis card, which then allows them to obtain medical cannabis not only in Kentucky, but also in any other state with a medical cannabis program.
Qualifying Medical Conditions for Medical Cannabis
In order for an individual to be eligible for a qualified patient registry ID card in Kentucky (medical cannabis card), including in-state qualified patients, minor qualified patients, and visiting qualified patient applicants, they must be diagnosed with one (1) of the following qualifying medical conditions:
Any type or form of cancer
Chronic or severe pain
Epilepsy or other intractable seizure disorder
Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome
Post-traumatic stress disorder
