Born in Madisonville, Dr. Jason Bredenkamp has been an emergency medicine physician for over 25 years. He has witnessed the devastating effects of opiate and benzodiazepine addiction. In addition, he has seen the benefits of cannabinoids. Because of this, he is determined to help those in need.

Who is Eligible for a Medical Cannabis Card in the State of Kentucky?
Dr. Bredenkamp certifies patients with qualifying medical conditions for Kentucky's Medical Cannabis Program. Once certified, patients are able to obtain their Kentucky medical cannabis card. Your KY medical cannabis card enables you to purchase medical cannabis not only in Kentucky, but also in any other state with a medical cannabis program!
Qualifying Medical Conditions for Medical Cannabis
To be eligible for a Kentucky medical cannabis card in Kentucky (including in-state qualified patients, minor qualified patients, and visiting qualified patient applicants)you must be diagnosed with one (1) of the following qualifying medical conditions:
Any type or form of cancer
Chronic or severe pain
Epilepsy or other intractable seizure disorder
Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

If you are seeking relief from chronic or severe pain, chronic nausea, cyclical vomiting syndrome, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - your previous medical records are not required as Dr. Bredenkamp can evaluate & diagnose these conditions during your initial evaluation.

Leave our office feeling reassure and prepared to start your wellness journey.
